AGM Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the KG Charge mobile application (the "App"), a community-driven map of electric-vehicle charging stations in Kyrgyzstan. Users can browse chargers anonymously, and with an account they can add chargers, confirm them, report prices, and attach photos.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why, and what your choices are. KG Charge is free and supported by advertising; an optional paid subscription removes ads.
With your permission, the App uses your device location to show your position on the map and to verify you are within 150 meters of a charger when submitting or confirming it. We do not track, record, or store your movement history. Only the charger's location — never your own path — is saved when you submit a station. Location access is requested only when you use a feature that needs it, and the App works without it (with contribution features limited).
KG Charge shows ads via Google AdMob. Depending on your consent choices (App Tracking Transparency prompt and, where applicable, the Google consent form), AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the IDFA), coarse location inferred from IP address, and ad-interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. We do not sell your personal information.
The App relies on the following processors:
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firestore/Storage buckets located in the United States).
Charger submissions, confirmations, price reports, and photos are shared community data — they are visible to all users of the App. Your email address is never shown to other users. If you delete your account, your contributions remain on the map as community data but are no longer linked to a live account.
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion removes your profile, email association, reputation, and contribution history from our systems. Community map data you contributed (chargers, confirmations, photos) remains, de-linked from your identity, so the map keeps working for everyone.
KG Charge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in Google Firebase with server-side security rules: only verified, signed-in users can write data, photo uploads are limited in size and type, and account data can only be deleted by its owner. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. The fastest path for deletion is the in-app Delete Account button. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated through an App update or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
