AGM Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Tilt Maze: Roll the Ball mobile game (the "App"), a tilt-controlled maze puzzle game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
The short version: AGM Apps itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. There are no user accounts and no sign-ups, and the game itself runs on your device. The App shows advertising through Google AdMob (with Liftoff/Vungle as a fallback network), and the active network may process limited device data to serve those ads — described in Section 5, along with your consent choices.
We, AGM Apps, collect no personal information through an AGM Apps account or server. We operate no server and receive no data from the App. Specifically, the App does not:
The one exception, stated plainly so it is not buried: the App shows ads through Google AdMob, with Liftoff/Vungle as a fallback network, and whichever is active receives limited device data in order to serve them. That is described in Section 5, along with how to control it.
The App saves a small amount of non-personal game data locally on your device using Android's standard local app storage (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device. It consists only of:
This information is stored solely so the game remembers your settings between sessions. If you delete the App, all of this locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
Tilt Maze: Roll the Ball is controlled by tilting your device. With your permission, the App reads your device's accelerometer (motion sensor) to roll the ball through the maze in real time.
This motion data is used live, on your device, and only while you are playing. It is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere. The accelerometer is standard motion hardware and does not require a runtime permission on Android; the App declares its use in the Play Store listing.
The App shows banner ads on non-gameplay screens and optional rewarded ads. Google AdMob is the primary network. Liftoff (Vungle) is integrated as a fallback network that AGM Apps can switch to remotely if AdMob is unavailable or underperforming; only one network is active for you at a time, controlled by a remote configuration file at agmapps.net/tiltmaze-android-ad-config.json. To serve and measure ads, whichever network is active may process device information such as your IP address, device model, ad interaction data, and your Google Advertising ID (unless you have opted out). AGM Apps never sees or stores this data.
Where required, including in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a consent message is shown before any ads are served; you can decline personalised advertising and still play. See the Google Privacy Policy and the Liftoff/Vungle Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Google → Ads on your device.
No other third-party SDKs (analytics, crash reporting, social) are included. If a future version adds any further service that processes data, we will update this Privacy Policy first.
Core gameplay — tilting, rolling, and completing mazes — does not require an internet connection. A connection is used to request consent information and advertising, to watch an optional rewarded ad, and to open external links such as this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.
Tilt Maze: Roll the Ball is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information at all, no information is ever collected from children. The App complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].
Because the App stores its small set of settings only on your device and transmits nothing, your information is protected by Android's built-in security, including the App's sandboxed storage and your device's encryption. There is no server, database, or cloud account that could be breached on our side.
Because AGM Apps holds no personal data on its own server, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Data processed by our ad networks is handled under their own privacy controls and policies.
The App is available worldwide. AGM Apps does not sell personal information and does not operate a server containing your personal data. Our ad networks (Section 5) may process device and advertising-identifier data for ad delivery and measurement; when personalised advertising is on, sharing that identifier may count as "sharing" or a "sale" under some US state laws, and you can opt out at any time using the controls in Section 5 and Section 9. Rights and controls relating to data held by our ad networks are governed by their own policies and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if a future version of the App adds new features. When we make changes, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated through an App update. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
