These Terms of Use govern your use of MeterDeck for Windows (the "App"), provided by AGM Apps. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you obtain the App through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft’s store terms also apply; if they conflict with these Terms, the Microsoft terms or mandatory law will control.
Subject to these Terms, AGM Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on Windows PCs you own or control, for lawful personal or professional purposes. The App is licensed, not sold, and AGM Apps reserves all rights not expressly granted.
MeterDeck is an informational utility. It shows live system readings in the Windows taskbar and in detail panels. Buttons in the panels open Windows tools such as Task Manager and Settings only when you click them. MeterDeck does not change your system settings on its own.
MeterDeck is sold through the Microsoft Store. The launch price is US $4.99 in the United States, and every new customer can start with a free 30-day trial. The trial costs nothing and does not turn into a charge unless you choose to buy. When the trial ends, you need to buy MeterDeck from the Microsoft Store to keep using it.
Microsoft runs the trial and the purchase, including payment, tax, billing, license status, and refunds, under Microsoft’s store terms. Microsoft sets the matching price and currency in other countries, and the price shown in the Store before you buy is the price that applies. AGM Apps has no account system and does not receive your payment details.

Readings come from Windows and your hardware and may be delayed, rounded, estimated, or unavailable on some PCs. Items such as GPU, sensors, and power hide themselves when Windows reports nothing for them. Power values are what Windows reports and may differ from a charger’s rated wattage or an external meter. The App is not a calibrated instrument, diagnostic tool, or safety monitor; do not rely on it for safety-critical, warranty, repair, or electrical decisions. Behavior can vary with your hardware, drivers, display scaling, taskbar settings, and Windows version.
The MeterDeck Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. In short, readings and settings stay on your PC, and the only network traffic the App creates is the optional latency ping.
AGM Apps and its licensors own the App, its interface, branding, graphics, and code. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation, and other names belong to their owners. MeterDeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback, you allow AGM Apps to use them without restriction or payment.
AGM Apps may add, change, suspend, or remove features, and may release updates. We do not promise a particular update schedule or continued compatibility with every PC or Windows version. Early builds may be unsigned and may show a Windows warning when installed.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AGM APPS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AGM APPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY CONFIGURATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGM APPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING FROM THE APP OR THESE TERMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGM APPS’ TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR US $50. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms, and you must then stop using and remove the App. AGM Apps may update these Terms when the App, applicable law, or store requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version, and the same terms appear in the App under Preferences → Privacy & Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law permits or requires you to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing here deprives you of mandatory protections where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continue. You must comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws.
